Bad luck for u16 in Ibbenburen

Very unlucky day for u16 on Sunday in Ibbenburn. From the start the guys just did not have the energy to compete with Ibbenburn. Only scoring 4 points in the 1st quarter mostly due to missed lay ups or missed free throws. The guys played better in the 3rd and 4th quarter but it was just not enough in the end. As a team I think we missed maybe 20 free throws and 20 lay ups total for the whole game. I know the guys are better than they play on Sunday, but still lots of work to do. This week training will consists mainly of free throws and lay ups. Even without playing their best game the guys played hard and fought the whole game and that is something good moving forward.
