H1 returns home Saturday

After a much needed off weekend, H1 returns home Saturday to take on Dorsten. Still fighting to stay in the league, this will be another tough game for us. Dorsten is playing good basketball as of late and won the first game against us. This will be a very interesting game with the winner one step closer to staying in the league.

Coming off a terrible lost against Kamp-Lintfort, we have to get back to playing the type of basketball that had us winning 4 in a row. We will have a hard week of practice and prepare for Dorsten on Saturday. This Dorsten team is dangerous, having different guys who can easily take over a game. Defensively we have to be ready for 40 minutes of aggressive pressure man to man defense.
