Not much good came from the game on Saturday. We got outplayed the whole game and didn’t show much energy, heart, fight, character or anything else. We played like 10 individuals instead of as a team. Our approach to the game of basketball is completely disrespectful. Our warm up was bad and from the beginning of the game I could tell we left our energy in Haspe.
Ibbenburen had so many open shots just from making the extra pass. They finished with 24 assists to our 11. They played the right way the whole game. Making the extra pass every time and taking good shots instead of bad selfish shots like we did. The only good thing is with yesterday is Bonn also lost so our chance at staying in the league is better now. Very embarrassing lost for us but much credit goes to Ibbenburen players and coaches.
