Bad Loss for H1

Kamp-Lintfort- H1 72:65 (17:14, 13:13, 24:22, 18:16)

Very disappointing lost against Kamp-Lintfort Saturday night. Just wasn’t our night on Saturday. After playing good all of January we took a step back against a Kamp-Lintfort who is fighting to stay in the league also. 

From the beginning they just outplayed us on both ends of the court. It started with only 30 minutes to warm up for the game. The guys did not get properly warm for the game and it showed from the tip off. We had no energy for the whole 40 minutes of the game. You could see from the start Kamp-Lintfort played with more effort than we did tonight.

I started with a different line up to try and match the size of the center from Kamp-Lintfort but that quickly back fired. It was not much good that happened on Saturday. From top to bottom we have to do a better job being ready when we take the court. 

Next week is an off weekend and very well needed. We will finally had a weekend off to do something other than basketball and come back the week after and get prepared for Dorsten.
